The bottom line is people and the environment don't fall through the cracks. Slavery and privilege are at the root of Envirogeddon, Socialgeddon and all geddons and can’t exist without each other. The evidence is the consumption rampage and that includes population size. To gain the attitudes necessary to care for the environment better, people must be more rational like programming stocks to go up when the government puts a cap on new home square footage instead of rewarding people for being bigger bullies. That requires a finite combination of subsistence for each individual to even want that which we can get through Universal Affirmative Action.
