35) What We The People Need To LIve 2/15/24 1st Edition Abstract for Universal Affirmative Action

Universal Affirmative Action (UAA) is triage and it should begin by employing the truly unprivileged for restoring our water cycle through reforesting all community areas available; it needs to be totally institutionalized.  UAA is essential for consistent subsistence of clean-global-viable group conscious, air, water, food, clothing, shelter, population levels and environments to live work and play in for everybody and is required to create healthy rational people at all economic levels capable of happiness.  We can lead the horse to water while it exists. 

UAA should prioritize all encumbrances and privileges like pollution, bullying, total lifetime and total lifetime household income and age in the criteria for deciding who gets help next including tax breaks.  All services of any kind like the existential and invaluable diagnostic value the severely disabled contribute to global health and welfare often from before birth for generations to come.  We serve as time machines that must be considered along with domestic engineering.  There are many underprivileged households while others already have one or more privileged members.  Overpopulations are encumbrances to those without children and need decreased starting here holding trade partners to strict standards.  The infirm and children require protection from psychic rape and other violent crimes to help avoid maternal and sadistic slavery.  To build that compassion, among many changes, we need to reprogram economic factor indexes to rise with reductions in things like population and home square footage and enforce this through the media and other wall street communication systems so we can concomitantly triage new or old indexes that promote the health and welfare of people over the preponderance of luxury industry factors now in place.  This will create the rational desire for subsistence to be the norm versus fascist consumption rampages now the primary media saturate goal.  This is required for Constitutional balance, to remove enough encumbrances for We the People to truly vote their conscious and to have true non-special-interest leaders to vote for.

All people should serve at equal wages in entry level jobs by age as long as they are productive not forgetting to include all encumbrances to opportunity and the diagnostic value of severely disabled people and domestic engineers.  If you want more, you have to invest.  Risk your own, not other’s lives.

Taxes should use all encumbrances and privileges like bullying, an encumbrance for the victim, a privilege for the perpetrators.  Pollution is an encumbrance like any other obfuscation to life, liberty, and happiness like the actions of those who displace the pain of their jobs and families on others while preventing us from earning a living.  UAA can level all encumbrances while creating proportional equity.

AI and algorithmic led rewards and punishments are fascist’s fueling addictions, consumption rampages, wars and bullying physically, mentally, and fiscally beginning with the exploitation of girls.  Its institutionalization creates nonnegotiable encumbrances to parents and others.  It’s time to use them to instill a rational desire for universal subsistence, through Universal Affirmative Action to change people’s perspectives from fascist values to peace and balance.  AI and algorithms should immediately address cleaning up the group conscious.  We need thought social workers.  The privileged use thought terrorists to control public opinion starting before birth; it quashes democracy.  That’s why people don’t vote and to avoid death, literally, through bullying, provoked accidents and psychic murder.  School safety should address psychic boundaries like fondling issues to help children distinguish what feelings they mindfully did or did not initiate and build better permanent boundary shields from the psychorotzi.

Subsistence, as defined above, is a finite equation for every individual, a science, and food should be an immediate finite benefit.  Lower SNAP Requirements for unprivileged who have never had a viable opportunity based on all encumbrances and privileges.  Consumption rampages fuel global economic pandemonium by human and inhumane encumbrances not factored in to what we can overcome.

Gardens should count as a dependent if that is all one has.  A person can die from the withholding of any single subsistence.  This author almost did from pollution.   Despite the fact that I’ve been asking for exactly for what I need to deal with my disability since 1974, because of a lack of community support, I have been battling them for the right to convalesce from a totally viable-income inhibiting congenital illness since then and now have to wear a full-face mask outside my home 99.9% of the time.

In short, overindulgent consumption breeds gluttony, the consumption rampage, which breeds irrational bullies whose only real disease is playing their pity party to the hilt while playing chicken with other’s and our environment’s health and welfare.  We used to call this addiction and rightly so.  People with a significant disease don’t have enough power to have anywhere from 100 to millions of slaves globally and at least one hidden or not personal victim.  Disease thresholds need better consideration.  Conversely, conservation breeds self-discipline and rational humans.  We strive for “consistent sub….and play in” no matter what because they are non-negotiable requirements for most people to even want to be rational.  You can’t have slavery without privilege and you can’t have privilege without slavery.  They are both irrational states of being but one side may not have a choice.

According to scientists, How the Universe Works on HBO (S4Ep5 12mins. left), focusing on the software of life, DNA, versus the chemical machines that build it, is the key to understanding its roots because that is the difference between life and simple chemistry, information.  DNA runs the chemical factory like culture runs our industries so this can be analogized to culture and industry.  The privileged are running things on the information that runs and is good for industry the same modus operandi which created male centrism long ago at least since the advent of an early tech advance, language.  The We the People component of that is 99% slave management.  Without UAA information, we are still just bags of protoplasm being bombarded by chemicals without the cultural DNA to make us rational subsistence loving beings who care more about the machines and industries that we build.  Like us, trees are machines too but there is not enough concern for oxygen or our finite required subsistence yet bridges and other things are built with Swiss watch accuracy.  Yet, they cannot truly even love their things when those things are part of the cascade of our literal self-destruction and could have a better existence as well, yet things remain perfect and build the privilege’s inferiority complexes that breed even more overindulgences.  For the spiritually tuned, I add to the scientist’s summation by extending focusing on the DNA to understanding it in this respect: I think this is faith to understand something before you know everything about it and why we have professionals to help us understand them to keep us focused on the same page together globally.   This is true philanthropy as well because one must share his understanding before making billions on it for it to truly make us human versus bags of protoplasm stammering in the wake of every technological advance since language.  Every child needs….
